The Templeton Area Development Corporation (TADC) was founded in 1992. Goals for the corporation include recruiting new businesses to the Templeton area and retaining and expanding existing businesses.
As a result of the business park success, a second addition has been added to the business park. TADC also works closely with the City of Templeton on the West Ridge Addition Housing Subdivision.
